Weekend homework: Math page 406 and study for the quizzes on Monday Quizzes Monday: Eph. 6:17-18 and History Quiz over chapter 19.  Please have water and tennis shoes for P.E.  ****We are on spelling list 31, and we are doing words 1-6, 9-10, 14-18, and 21-22. Vocabulary words 27-30, 33, and 35 Monday  Homework Spelling 2 times each. Math P. 407 Health page 63 if it is not finished in class.  I will post daily after Monday.  Awards day for the calander fundraiser is on April 29th. :)

April 20-24

Remember to send in permission slip and let me know if you need a ride for the field trip on Friday.  We will also be going to Summersville Elementary School on Friday for an Arbor Day event. We will be riding together in a school van. I will send another slip home for you to sign.  We will take the History Quiz over chapter 18 on Monday. STUDY. Welcome Back!

I hope everyone had a great spring break!  Watch for a permission slip this week for our field trip to Chocolate Moose on Thursday, the 23rd.  On Tuesday, we will be making fruit coolers and smoothies for health class. Can the boys please bring one cup of frozen bananas or one frozen chopped banana, and can the girls please bring 1 bag of frozen berries or pineapples? We will also need a small jug of milk, orange juice, and about 4 cups of vanilla yogurt. Please let me know if you can grab any of those.  Test and Quiz Schedule:  On Tuesday , we will be retaking History Test 10 over chapters 16 and 17. ****** I am emphasixing study skills and good study habits for the remainder of the year. It is crucial for them to study every evening even when there is no written homework, please help me with this. Rereading something from class or looking over maps for just a few minutes adds up to a lot of understanding. Waiting until the night before to study is not effective. ...

Easter Egg Hunt and Reminder

 The students will be giving a 2-3 minute spech on Thrusday which they need to begin planning tonight. They can hold notecards or use iPad app while giving the speech.  Please send a dozen filled eggs on Thursday. We will have pizza for lunch. :)
