Supply list

Welcome to 5th Grade! 5th Grade Supply list: KJV Bible  2 packages loose-leaf paper 3 folders with pockets 3 spiral notebooks or a 3 subject notebook to start off the year.  No. 2 pencils 1 package Dry-erase markers A ruler with inches and centimeters A clear protractor A pencil box, NO metal, please Wired Earbuds (optional) 2 boxes of tissues 2 bags of individually wrapped candy 2 packs of square Post-it notes 1 container clorox wipes They will need a large tri-fold poster board for the Literature Fair, but it does not need to be sent to school.  Water bottles may not be glass and must have a screw top lid. Fidgit item guidelines: They cannot roll or make noise. They must fit in the palm of your hand. They must be an item actually made to help a student stay focused; not just a toy. The last week

We have just about made it! It’s been a great ride! You all have amazing kids!  Here is how our week wraps up!  Monday  History Exam and Math Exam Tuesday Heath Exam and Language Exam Wednesday  End of year fun day  Thursday Health Presentations  Clean-up day Friday  Awards at 9 a.m.  Report will go home also. Students are dismissed after awards  
Study history chapter 21 using the book, the CCU completed in class, and the words they copied from the board today. There is a quiz on Monday.  We will be doing Spelling List 34 for bonus only this week. There is no test; however, everyone is required to write the list twice and turn it in by Friday.  We have testing this week, so there will not be homework.  Please help your child be prepared for testing by making sure they are in bed on time and have a healthy breakfast.  We have extra yearbooks in the office while supplies last for $48.00. Please send your teacher of the year form in by Monday in a sealed envelope.  We can still use some candy for our prize bowl. Thank you to those who have already sent some!  A huge thank you for all the Teacher Appreciation love! My students are the best because you parents are doing an amazing job! 
Our Candy bowl is low! We could use a bag or 2 of candy.    Next week's spelling list is a combination of lists 32 and 33:  List 32 words 9-16 and Vocab. 26, 27, & 28    List 33 words 1-8. and Vocab. 26, 27, & 28 That is 16 words and 6 vocabulary words for a total of 22 this week.  Monday - Copy List twice. Do not for get vocab.                     Math page 409 Tuesday - History Read pages 420-422 and do questions on p. 423.                     Study for health quiz and Preposition quiz.
